Ho prenotato per un mullet e sono uscito soddisfatto: ho fatto vedere a Corrado un’immagine per discutere insieme il taglio più adatto a me; una volta deciso il tempo è volato tra una chiacchiera e l’altra. Si percepiscono la bravura e gli anni alle spalle di esperienza. Quando tornerò a Malta saprò dove andare per un nuovo taglio. ~ Gianluca

Fergal and his team at the Blind Stag are truly masters at their craft. With a modern approach to traditional style barbering, attention to detail, and friendly yet professional service, I won't go anywhere else in Malta for my haircut. After wanting to grow my hair out, but not being too sure on what style to go for, or what would suit me, Fergal discussed different options with me and we settled on a bespoke hairstyle, tailored to accomodate my hair type and compliment my features. I wouldn’t give this experience anything less than a 10/10. I had my haircut from Fergal (the owner) and after seeing many good reviews I was expecting a good experience. Even with this high expectation the blind stag barbershop managed to blow me away. Not only did I get a good cut, nice chat and a drink (choice of whiskey, beer, or water of course). Fergal was also able to identify some the troubled areas of my hair and advise me with ways to better handle it, which I have always had trouble with. I can easily say that this was one of the best haircut experiences I ever had in Malta. I think the self-service system for managing your booking is an awesome idea! Regarding the service, the barber was a very pleasant guy and nailed my haircut from the first time!! Also, the saloon was super clean and I appreciate the fact that there is a separate cashier's desk so that the barber doesn't touch your hair and then the money. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed and listened to, not rushed through. What I appreciate most is that they treat each client as a person and not as a number, unlike many other barbers on the island where you’re just another name on the list. Got my first mullet here and couldn’t have trusted a better place. Gabor was a legend. He took his time, made sure every detail matched what I had in mind, and didn’t let me leave the chair until it looked exactly right. Yep, these guys are basically the best in-town. First off: Extremely good haircuts, strongly suggest you visit, meet the team and see why for yourself. They know what they're doing. Secondly: Professional yet relaxed environment, a solid place to get some peace without any sort of hassle. It's a proper community spot. I find myself getting excited when time comes for a haircut at the Blind Stag Barber. I personally always call for Gary to cut my hair. The professionalsm exceeds my expectations everytime I visit yet I feel right at home. super friendly staff and well experienced in their craft. They tailor your hair to your individual needs and I have never felt this comfortable getting my hair cut anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 i would. ~ jean v

I've been having my hair cut by Fergal at Blind Stag Gzira for past 3 years. Having lived in Malta the past 11 years he is by far the best barber I have used on the island. The new shop in St Julians is a different level altogether and offers a great social environment. Great location and great price structure for the highest of standards in gents barbering . ~ Kenny M

Best haircut I've had in Malta. Fergal did a brilliant job. He had to fix the mess that the previous barbers I had been to on the island had done to my hair and he explained why he was cutting it the way he did and the process behind it. Excellent barber shop right next to the Dubliner near Spinola Bay. Great shop and good gents that know their craft and take pride in their work. Be sure to book your appointment online in advance as they normally have a 2-3 day wait. I got the beard trim with hot towel and they are indeed worth the wait. They'll even bring you a coffee/beer/water/whiskey! Highly recommend! ~ Motivated M

Been going to Jarle for almost 5 years and he’s never messed up a haircut, or a coffee, which is impressive considering how many different styles I’ve thrown at him with my awkward hair. This is top level barbering! Gary is Valletta is a real master of craft who will not only cut your hair with care and passion, but also with expert knowledge on how your specific hair / head shape etc should be cut and help you choose the perfect bespoke cut .. A must- visit for anybody who takes pride in their hair ~ Tom B

Since I came to Malta, I tried various places and I didn't like it, until I found the blind stag barber. I can say that Ferg is the best barber that I met. Besides the personality that both places (gzira and st.julians) have, the hot towels, the perfection on the cut and the me time are an incredible experience for every men. I recommend 💪 ~ Nuno L
